Return Policy

Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our support team.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, such as:

• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Perishable goods

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
